The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel (MD, RN, PT, MA, CNA, EMT, Paramedic, etc) who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.


Course option for all types of classes (except non-certified classes):

1) in person all instructor led (no online needed) 

2) Online and skill session - you must have both part to receive your certificate. Complete the learning part at home online, then come in for the hands on skill session.


Helping Hand Health Education - Safe Sitter CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult and child Hands-Only CPR, adult  and child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR with breath, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants, and basic first aid such as Use an epinephrine pen and Control bleeding and bandaging.  Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the American Heart Association research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible using the most up to date real time rate and depth Bluetooth monitoring manikin.

Safe Sitter is for students who want to learn CPR but do not need a CPR course completion card.  Shorter time then traditional certificated course and taught at a level younger students can understand.  Upon completion of this course, future babysitters will receive a fun un-official certificate stating that they have successfully completed our safe sitter class and a little goodie bag.

Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a CPR course completion card to meet a job requirement. This course is ideal for community groups, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and others interested in learning how to save a life.

The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed to prepare students to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Perfect for workplace CPR/AED and First Aid training. OSHA compliant.


Students will be able to: Recognize when someone needs CPR and describe how to and be able to perform high-quality CPR for an adult, child and infant. Give effective breaths by using mouth-to-mouth or a mask for all age groups. Demonstrate how to use an AED on an adult. Describe when and how to help a choking adult, child, infant. Remove protective gloves. Describe the assessment and first aid actions for the following life-threatening conditions: heart attack, difficulty breathing, choking, severe bleeding, shock, and stroke, and more. Use an epinephrine pen. Control bleeding and bandaging.

​The AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone involved in childcare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Including: childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, etc


First aid basics including medical, injury, poison, and environmental emergencies, preventing illnesses and injuries and controlling bleeding & bandaging. Covers topics like using a tourniquet, shock, internal bleeding, burns and electrical injuries, allergic reactions, breathing problems & dehydration, diabetes & low blood sugar, heat-and cold-related emergencies, drowning, amputations, bites and strings, broken bones and sprains. Also covers splinters, nose bleeds, fainting, seizures, and injuries to the head, eyes, neck, spine, mouth, and teeth.
